The success of The Chartwell Group is based on the flexible and supportive approach taken by teaching staff working alongside the residential workers for young people whom are here on a residential basis. We are able to adapt our approaches to meet the ever-changing needs, of young people today. Priding ourselves on creating a curriculum tailored to each individual’s needs, of the highest standard, empowering them to become successful learners and adults.

SCHOOL ETHOS

The Old School House aims to help and support children that have previously floundered in larger settings.Helping them to feel happy and relaxed in their education setting. We aim to re-motivate the child to engage in purposeful learning. We prepare an individual learning programme which follows the National Curriculum. Which has been adapted for each child and their specific needs which will maximise their potential. We aim to offer a gateway to further education, training and a positive future.
